Join me for two days on the stunning Sunshine Coast for a fun and interactive Calmbirth course. Calmbirth is an evidence-based antenatal education program which focuses on active birth, the mind-body connection, and enriching birth experiences to make them more positive. The course includes; 12 hours of face to face learning across 2 days, course materials, guided relaxation audio files, follow up emails, and access to the Birthing Energy Social Club Facebook group.

A deposit of $135 can be made with the balance of the course is due prior to your attendance.
