What is Calmbirth?
One of the first childbirth education programs to be evidence based and clinically proven to reduce the rates of medical intervention, reduce the impact of perinatal anxiety and postnatal depression in women after childbirth, and enrich their birth experience as positive irrespective of how they birth.
How long is the course?
12 hours face to face delivered across 2 days, or 4 evenings.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is required to secure your position in the classes. The balance is paid when you attend the class either by cash, cheque or credit card. If you do not attend, your deposit is not refunded. The amount of $140 of the $195 deposit will be refunded for cancellations for class bookings which take place at least 4 weeks before the class date. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the class date, this same amount will be reimbursed if the cancelled place is filled before the due date. The $140 will be reimbursed via an internet deposit to the cancelled couples bank account. Please take every care to attend to the course on the day you are booked in. I respect difficult circumstances and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend.

Many private health insurance providers do cover the Calmbirth program and rebates are available, but you will need to contact them directly to find out what you are eligible for
